I ordered this frame for my wife for Christmas. She really loves it. It sits up lower than I realized but it is a beautiful and sturdy frame. 4 stars for the height.
This company gets a million starts for ease of assembly, the numbers on each piece are also the number step it is in assembly, amazing. I was a bit disappointed with the height of the bed, I was trying to avoid buying a box spring but the matress is about 2 feet off the ground. You basically have to fall into it.
The good: the bed looks great, feels really sturdy, came with all the tools needed for assembly (including a ratcheting wrench), and was super easy to assemble.
The bad: the headboard arrived with a crack running from one side to the other despite the box being in perfect shape.
As of right now were waiting on a response from customer support.
Update: less than one week after initially receiving the bed, a new bed showed up. We were instructed to take the headboard from the new box, replace it with the broken one, and then a freight company will come to pick up the old bed. All in all a fairly painless process.
Assembly instructions were clear, easy to setup and looks great. It took me under 30 minutest to unbox and assemble. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the wood was lighter than pictured however I will lightly sand and stain to match my current furniture. 4 small bolts for the headboard so it wont be hard if you want to stain or paint the wood to your preference after assembly to match current or new furniture.
The bed frame sent to me has some marks/wear on its feet and other places that imply that it was used then returned before being sent to me. It also have wear and damage to both wooden parts. The construction of the bed isnt as solid as a lot of reviews imply (HUGE error margins to the point where I can understand why some peoples beds didnt fit together). All around I think if you manage to get lucky and get a NEW undamaged bed frame with pieces that fit well together it could be a good frame for the price but its unlikely.
This bed frame went together really easy and has hels up great so far. The wood finish is a little lighter than the pictures, but since its real wood, i removed them after a week or so, sanded them down, and restained them to match my dressers. It looks great! For the price you cant beat it.

Flimsy material.
Great for the money but flimsy. The screws come loose and I have to retighten every once in a while.
Heavy, may need 2 people to move the package
Very well made, comes with the tool needed. Only down side is that the wood cracked on one side when I over tightened it.

Vary easy to assemble. It looks strong but it is on the short side if your looking for a tall frame this is not it
