I am so glad I bought this chair! I work long hours its super comfortable I get tons of compliments on it! Definitely worth the money, I would buy again.
First, this chair is SUPER comfortable and stylish to boot. The fabric is soft, and the cushions are well designed and supportive. I have no doubt this chair will last a very long time.
I had a very minor issue with the chair, a couple of stitches that were overlapped at a certain point, and only because Im a total perfectionist, did I write the seller, more to just let them know than to ask for any replacement or compensation.
Mykas, the seller, could not have been more lovely and timely in their responses to me. I assured them I was not unhappy, only wanted to alert them to a minor manufacturing error, likely one that is not recurring, and that I wasnt seeking any reparations.
Regardless, they jumped into action and gave me numerous options to ensure that I was 100 satisfied with the purchase. The company is located in China, and were even sensitive concerning time zones (e.g. When they wrote, we will respond to you tomorrow as it is midnight here in China and by the time I awoke the next day, there was a response in my inbox).
If youre on the fence about purchasing this chair, I encourage you to go for it. Both the chair and the company are top/notch. As I sit in the chair now, writing this, I can assure you that the comfort stretched way beyond the superb quality of the chair, and to my entire shopping experience.
Definitely love the chair. The arm rests go up so the chair even though it is huge, slides for easy storage at my desk. I honestly love that. Its also very soft and comfortable. Only reason I took off a star was because the directions were awful and so hard to understand, luckily I had help putting it together.
UPDATE: been about a year now. Chair cushion is kinda flat/ annnd the hydraulics are broken. I had to order a clip to prevent my chair from sinking. Since Im tall and enjoy having my desk chairs raised to max height. Still like the chair but, for the price the qaulity could be better.
I wanted a comfortable, ergonomic chair that I could sit in for longer, paper/writing stretches of time. I also like to sit cross/legged so I wanted it to have a big, cushy base and flip/up arms. For the price, this was a good buy. I still ended up purchasing an ergonomic pillow for lumbar support but the chair is quite comfortable on the whole. My only complaint is that the material is a kind of plushy velour (the kind is textured/lighter/looking if brushed a certain direction). The pictures make it look like more of a plain fabric, however, given its other features (and the price), Im happy with it.
I was so excited to get this chair. All was going well until putting the arm on the left side of the chair, one of the holes didnt line up. I did send a note to the manufacturer, although I never had anyone send a note back. I still like my chair, I just wish I could get the left arm to be more secure.
My sons both have these, 1 in beige the other in gray. They both have raved about these and said if I got one they would help with assembly. I ordered one, it arrived in a timely manner, I assembled it myself, and they were rightIm happy with it ! Actually, it was a 43rd Anniversary present from my lovely wife.She takes GOOD care of me
Seating Plus I made sure that I was happy and gave me a refund, even though it wasnt their fault that the protection plan would not fix my chair. Thank you so much again! I will recommend this company to anyone oh, just not the protection plan.
Comfortable chair but please note that I have long legs, 35 inseam, and this chair at its lowest setting allows me to just touch my feet down flat. It will go up higher but no lower.
I have owned several Vinyl Desk chairs and bonded leather and after a couple of years the leather or vinyl comes off cracks or deteriorates . This chair has breathable fabric that I believe will be much more durable and is more comfortable with better lumbar support. Im 239 ,6,1 and this chair fits me better than any Ive owned. Its the best deal on a chair for the money.
