    Missing screw holes

We had to make our own holes to install the railing and take apart the straps on the slats because it was about an inch too short. The hardware is not labeled either. A little wobbly but not horrible

    Great for space

We just moved into a much smaller house and my daughter had little to know amount of extra space for toys. This allowed her to keep her full size bed and still be able to play! My only concern is that it is a little wobbly for my liking!

    Very happy

Best bed ever!! Slide is very sturdy for my 3 year old. Its low enough to wake her easily in the morning and the storage space underneath is perfect! It took my husband 3 hours to put together.

    Perfect Loft Bed with Desk

We looked forever to find a quality reasonably priced loft bed for my daughter. Shipping was super fast and all parts were packed perfectly- no dings or missing parts. The box was extremely heavy and I thought I was in for it, but I only needed help from a second person a few times. I ended up using my drill with an allen wrench attachment (being careful to take it slow as to not crack the wood), which made things move along much more quickly. Both my daughters love this setup and I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re ordering another one soon! It’s an awesome bed and desk. Would give it 6 stars if I could!!

    Great buy!

We love it! We wanted a loft that had a long desk for my daughter to do Legos, art, and schoolwork. She can display her Lego creation and store her books on the shelves. Great buy! Took two adults about 3 1/2 hours to put together.

Nice bed, slow customer service. Ladder is NOT 400lb weight limit!!

We love the bed and so does our 8 year old son. His school went back 100% virtual for the first month. Then a hybrid schedule, so he needed a work space. We looked and this was the best value we could find. It was made of wood and not mdf. We also liked the 400lb weight limit, but apparently that’s not on the ladder also!! One of the shelves was slightly damaged, but not visible once assembled. It took my husband about 4 hours to assemble both the bed and desk. It did seem like once the desk was attached it made the bed feel more solid. My son is super happy with it! We were disappointed that two days after it was assembled, the second from the bottom step broke! My husband managed to turn it over to get it “working” for our son until a replacement is shipped. I called the company directly and had to put a request in via webpage and upload pictures. It took 24 hours to get an email back asking for more photos, I uploaded less than 2 hours after email was sent. Then 24 hours later, they emailed back asking for a different photo!! I uploaded but also called to express my feelings in 24 hour delays when it’s a safety issue! Still waiting for part, this started Monday 8 am and it’s Saturday 1:30 pm!! I cringe each time he steps on the step his dad turned over.

    Worth it

We needed two beds for our teen girls to share and these work perfectly. Easy to assemble. It took about an hour each bed with 2 people. So far the only problems I have with them are, they are a bit wobbly and the ladder is a foot killer, but overall I'm very happy with them.
