I had to change one of my children from his room to share a room with my other son. I already had a bed of the same style and wanted another one to match the same one I already had. The new bed has good wood but when I compared it with the other one, the new one looks cheaper. I had a problem with description of the product but the seller immediately helped me with my doubts and we had great communication. I just noticed that in the tundler bed the mattress that it takes is a skinny twin. Make sure of that before you buy it so you don’t make the same mistake as me. I’m happy with my purchase.
I had to bring my sister in law over to put them together over to help assemble but mostly just because I don't have a lot of experience in assembling furniture. We did 2 beds in a few hours with minimal headache. The only dislike I have is that the bottom half of the bed where the drawers are is not connected to the actual bed itself and I'm going to have to go purchase something to get it to not move on the tile floor. You do have to look at the picture and colors of the bed frames if you want a headboard. I believe the products only come as pictured. I have the espresso and it has a headboard.
I had someone help me build the bed. It took almost two hours. The instructions seem straight forward. I got an 8” Zinus foam mattress for the top. I have to see if I can get the same size for the bottom. Bough as a spare bed.
I got this for when my grandkids come over and they really like it. I wish the wheels on the trundle bed swivel around so it can be moved easier across the room, but it is easy to pull straight out.

I found this to be great value for the price. It is made from solid wood rather than particle board. It will take a bit of time to assemble. I managed in about 3 hours, but if you are not very handy you might set aside all day. Also, be aware that it will arrive in two separate boxes and not necessarily on the same day.
Ordered the “honey” colored to match the other “honey” colored furniture and now we have three different shades of “honey”, probably not the fault of the bed manufacturer, but something to keep in mind.
I don't like how the trundle slips an slides when on hardwood floors. The wheels should have locks on them. Also the slats on the trundle snapped in half when my husband leaned on it. My husband is about 180lbs and I believe the product supports up to 400lbs (definitely more than 180).
