    Look elsewhere

Bought this bed for my daughter as her first big girl bed. When I looked online, I thought this was a good quality bed. I liked the 3 individual drawers under the trundle vs others I found with 1 large drawer. After assembly, I was disappointed in the quality. It is not real wood but a particle board with laminate. The laminate was damaged in places, posing an injury risk from sharp edges. The laminate was worn and warped in some spots. The screws are visable, not recessed so they can't be covered with a cap. The drawers were not pre-drilled with holes which made assembly a little more difficult. The bed is sturdy I will give it that, but the quality and and overall look are not worth the money. Pictures included to show the poor laminate job. Trundle bed is a little difficult to slide in and out, not something a child could do. Took my husband 2.5 hrs to build, and that may just be because he is a manufacturing engineer.

    It's a pretty bed

Bought this bed for my 8 year old. This bed has been in use for about two weeks now and we really like it. The bed itself is very nice and sturdy but the drawers are flimsy and they tell you it rolls out but it has no casters of any kind. Does not slide on carpet. If you have any kind of wood flooring in it will scratch it.

My son loves his new bed!!!!

Bought this bed for my 3 year old son and decided on the trundle cuz he loves to have friends over. We live in a small apartment and I love that it gives him more room in his bedroom to play. He absolutely loves it. So far it seems to be sturdy enough but time will tell. I am still in debate to but some board to put over the slates. Assembly took 3.5 hours. It's not difficult just very tedious. Easy step by step directions.

Bought this bed for my 10 yr old son. Easy to put together and very sturdy. Trundle rolls in and out nicely.

Meh, you get what you pay for

Bought the twin daybed with trundle in espresso. Most of the hardware is brass which makes no sense to me because it's super noticeable and makes the bed look even cheaper. Some of the edges aren't finished so I'm going to have to go back and color over with an espresso marker. And the worst thing of all was the GIANT yellow caution sticker on the backrest of the trundle. Mind you, not on the back side which faces the wall, but on the front side right in the center of the bed!! It says do not remove but there is no way I'm leaving a giant caution sticker front and center on our new daybed. Maybe it was a mistake and they put it on the front? It took me at least an hour to scratch off with a razor blade, bona, and furniture polish, and it still left pretty noticeable sticker residue. Such a shame. Next time I'm just going to spend more money on a higher quality product.

    Very Attractive

Bought the bed for our two granddaughters (3 and 5) when they visit. Bed itself is sturdy and nice looking. My only wish - and it is so minor - is that they had covers for the screws, etc. I mean minor! Girls loved it so a major winner.

    Not for everyday use.

Bought that bed for my 3 year old twins. After one day of use one of the wheels broke of from the bed frame. Most of the bed is made from solid wood unfortunately the part of the bed where wheels are attached is made out of playwood which makes it easy to brake.
