This base is the best investment! I was scared at first because our mattress has inner rubber support instead of flexible foam however it works perfectly and really is wonderful to sleep on!
Update: I received the replacement part and was able to get the bed working properly. Unfortunately, the mattress I have may be too think for the bed frame. When I adjust it, the mattress does not fold with the bed, so some positions just do not work. I have a 14 memory foam mattress. If there is a limit to how thick a mattress can be before it does not bend with the frame, it should be included with the product description.
Original: I was very excited to purchase an adjustable bed. After having it for about a month, I was finally able to get it set up (not easy for a 51 120lb person to do alone).
IT DOESNT WORK!!! The remote seems to work since it lights up. When I plug the bed up, I see the power light come on. I tried syncing the remote (which was poorly thought out), but never heard a beep. I started to look around to see if there is any obvious damage and the wire for the control box is damaged in two separate spots (see pictures). As of right now, the bed frame is literally just that and not even close to what I paid for it. I guess Ill have to contact their customer service to see what can be done.
A wonderful product,packed very well,easy assembly,works perfect for reading and watching T.V.,but watch out out for NSD shipping company,missed their scheduled delivery date that had been scheduled for an entire week.Very hard to communicate with them trying to find out what was going on with my shipment.Other than that GREAT !!
Great base for people who suffer from chronic lower back pain, I absolutely love it! The adjustments are great and I can lay in bed on a bad back day and adjust it just right to get some relief. Anyone who has pain knows that any relief is wonderful and this bed really helps.
we ordered the split king we thought the USB ports would be on the outside of each frame but they are both on the same side of the bed so one set is in the middle and can not be used
Purchased back nov 2017. The strut that raises the head section no longer holds weight. It will raise them slowly falls back into flat position. Otherwise its been fine. Will try and find out if theres a way to get a replacement head side strut assembly.
I was excited to get this. It was easy to assemble for my husband.So far working fine. Was disappointed when it didnt fit my new headboard. Not sure if itss because of the headboard I purchased or if its the base. My husband was able to make the headboard stand alone. Im hoping it will come in handy when Im older. Its great that the height is adjustable.

Head strut lasted about 2 years.
