This bed is a fantastic value. I didnt expect much at this price, but this is really high quality. The bed adjusts up and down a lot. I love being able to sleep with my feet slightly elevated. My girlfriend likes to raise the back when Im snoring a bit, which helps it stop.
The bed is heavy! Youll probably want two people to lift it and assemble it. Assemble is super easier, but the weight makes it a bit tricky.
I did have an issue with it. The foot motor did not work. I called the company and they were able to get me a replace piece with no hassle.

Took about 15 minutes to put together literally had to screw in 4 legs. Put batteries in remote and in power supply. (Did not see when ordering 2/9v used in power supply guessing for power outages)
You must program your remote to the bed very simple. Hit the 2 buttons on the remote first then the button on the bed. You will hear a loud beep I also have a light button at night it has a little flash light built into the remote
The legs are a very cheap flimsy metal but they work so far and I dont know I feel about the motors being attached using codder pins and not bolts but it might have to be that way for movement i dont know Just looked flimsy
I will update if I come across anything else later.
(update) after first night of nonstop playing with the controls everything seems to function great motor is a little noisy if you change position in ive middle of the night

Heavy adjustable base which is good, doesnt appear cheap. Mechanically so far it does what it suppose to. The vibration is ok, but it might be that my Cali King mattress is extra thick. The USB is too low, sits under my side rails, so can use them. The remote works fine, except some buttons I dont know what they do, like the anti snoring which seems to do nothing. But, overall I love the product for the value and cost. Price way better than the store. Just hope the motor dont give out.
My remote control quit working today. I changed the batteries and tried to reprogram it, nothing! I unplugged the bed and plugged it back in, now the base is Reset and is completely flat and wont raise! I just had surgery and can not sleep flat. The remote lights up like it is working but still nothing! I have searched the internet trying to find a customer service number d cant find any resolution or numbers! If someone can help, please do! Other than that I love it, if I could use it!!

Heavier than expected to get upstairs. Works wonderfully. Helps to sleep raised when having vertigo before falling asleep.

Remote Wont Work After 4 Months
