Honestly, its only been a few weeks but I have 0 complaints and I like the flashlight on the remote. Hope everything continues to have no issues and I continue to love it
i purchased this product, and am using it for about a week. Assembly was effortless, vibration is OK.
The big issue is mattress slides to the side. i wake up and mattress is 6 + inches off the side.
I called support, someone working from home answered and said he cant help me. He suggested I email his manager(not reachable by phone).
i did! and that is as far as it went. no return email , no return call. in other works useless.
So if your okay with being on your own after purchase its not bad. If you need the ability to communicate with customer service, this product is not for you.
The USB ports shown are only on ONE side not both. The top vibration gives me a headache. Love the color and fabric. Super user friendly. Shipping was AWFUL.
Was able to pick this guy up for 320. My brother has a very very expensive adjustable bed frame, the only big different between the two is the massage capabilities. This bed frame does exactly what I need it to; allows me to sit upright while reading a book or watching tv. The set up took me about 10 or 15 minutes and was able to do it myself. It is not too heavy just awkward to carry so please get help to go up and down steps. Plugs in with wireless remote that includes battery. You get what you pay for, no extra bells and whistles but gets the job done. Saved over 1000 as opposed to purchasing other brands.
This frame is easy to assemble, sturdy, and works perfectly by remote as advertised. We are more than satisfied with it. We shopped a long time (both online and at local stores) before buying. This type of frame is sold for hundreds more than we paid. We feel lucky to have found this one. If it lasts a year or two, we can purchase another without regret because the price was so reasonable.
Bed is great for the price except the lift motors wear out easy!!! I ordered three different hydraulic moters and still not found the right replacement size, smh
Working great over a year now. Good vibration, very soothing. We use it every night with the timer set for 30 mins. Very easy to get that perfect position. The remote has lighted buttons, and a little flashlight. Very happy. Holding up well.

not quite like I expected
My only real complaint is that the feet do not elevate. the lower legs elevate but the feet are not higher than the legs. I hope that makes sense.
