Ok ok I purchased this bed in both black and pink. They were pretty easy to put together. They are light enough to easily move around the room but not so light that they move on their own. The ladder is pretty uncomfortable on their feet, but that is true of most bunk/loft ladders. I havent had issues with the paint chipping off. The thing is, I read several reviews saying the bed was super squeaky and the bolts fall out. I brushed them off. I shouldnt have. The beds are super squeaky, and the bolts do fall out. Every time my daughter rolls over, it wiggles and squeaks loud enough for me to hear all the way in my room down the hall. But I could live with that. The bolts, however, are a big issue. Being aware this was a problem, we made sure to get them as tight as possible. However, within a few months, a bolt on my sons ladder and on his safety rail had fallen out, and several others were loose. Now, it clearly doesnt happen to everyone. However, it has happened to enough people that it must be defect. I almost never say this, but spend a little extra and get a better brand. Or, if you cant afford to, check the bolts once every week or two to see if they can be tightened. Other than that, a loft bed in general is a great way to give older kids more floor space.
Bed is very sturdy and has a nice height, however, every time my daughter rolls over the bed squeaks. She loves it, me? Not so much lol Easy directions.
One bar was a bit dented on arrival but it did not effect the function of the bed. For the price this bed is great! I was able to build it without help. Excellent product!
This isnt my favorite because its cheaply made. But it does get the job done and its held up pretty well other than having to tighten everything about a week later. Bought two great value for the money, durable.
It was pretty easy to assemble. The parts were all well labeled and clear. The bed seems sturdy and secure. I have one screw thats right beside the ladder on the railing that keeps falling out. Ive put it back in 3 times in the week that Ive had it. Otherwise, a good bed at a decent price. 8/10 Great Product.
We wanted something that would persuade our son to start sleeping in his own room, and also that had great storage. This bed did the trick. It took about 2 hours to put together. Instructions were pretty simple to follow. I suggest having two people. Overall were very happy with it. I give it only 4 stars for 2 reasons. One, the outer guard rail was not drilled correctly. They put holes on the wrong end. Thankfully, the other screws hold it pretty firmly, and its not going anywhere, but still. And secondly, the ladder is not easy on the feet. Most kids go to sleep without shoes, so climbing up a narrow ladder doesnt feel great. Easy fix. We attached foam to each step. A pool noodle would do the trick. Other than that, its awesome, and the storage underneath makes a cool little fort area! Good buy Nice!
The bed is great even for the pillow top mattress my only complaint is that it came with some dents in it from shipping. My 6 year old loves us and Ive gotten up on it to make the bed. It is sturdy and I dont worry about her safety on it. I like it.
I recommend this bed! Its great for small spaces and efficient. It holds plenty of weight but it does wobble a bit due to the frame being . Wow!! This was a great buy!!
The area under the bed was way less than I expected. Thats sorta my bad for not really checking but most loft beds arent this short. Its much better because it was able to be extended more with some pipes but it was surprising. Its moderately sturdy and easy to assemble but like any loft bed it does creak. Overall its pretty good though. cute.

Great inexpensive loft bed
