Just received this bed today and it looks fantastic! Was easy and intuitive to set up and case with all its own tools. Headboard is comfortable and soft to touch. Quite sturdy for the price. I also had gotten in touch with s customer service and learned that there are no chemical flame retardants used and the foam in it is CertiPur. Overall very impressed! I could not find anything like this for the price anywhere else.

All the pieces came in good condition. I dont consider myself a strong woman but was able to put this together myself after having help carrying the box inside. The box was extremely heavy and long. It feels very sturdy and overall a great buy.

Only reason for 4 Stars, the back of the bed had two gashes in it. The items in the back of the bed were undamaged and you cant see it after assembly so not too big of a deal.

You need to take your time but once it is finished it looks great and works perfectly. This is a very reasonably priced platform bed. Be aware - the box weighs over 100 pounds when delivered. I highly recommend this product as well as the memory foam mattress they sell. Great company with great products.
