This product came on time and was packaged very nicely. Nothing was damaged or broken and all the pieces were there. The instructions were very simple and it took me only an hour to put it together and Im a small women and I did it with no issues what so ever. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the wood is very soft so If you are going to use a power drill to help aid you in assembling this bed make sure you put it on the lowest setting because it will embed in the soft wood, also with it being soft I could see this scratching easily however that hasnt been the case yet with ours and out 5 year old daughter isnt the easiest on her things! It is very sturdy and I feel 100 percent confident of that and safe with my 5 year old sleeping in it.
Prompt delivery, good quality product however one of the plastic bed legs was cracked and i would like it replaced. How can i replace one of the damaged parts from this bed? I would rather not take everything part to return the whole bed.

The bed stays intact when you are handling your business and doesnt squeek like my previous bedframe. I did some real damage to the legs on my previous bedframe. Oh yes, all the great memories with my old bedframe. Now its time to start new memories with this new bedframe.
I was a little apprehensive about this bed after reading some of the reviews; but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how happy I am with everything about it. 1st packaging was impecable everything came organized with clear instructions to follow 2nd it took me about 1 1/2 hour to put it together with the help of one more person this is certainly easier to build if you have an extra set of hands, but a piece of cake to put together! 3rd it is sturdy and it feels well made 4th overall, it is a really pretty bed that will be perfect for my growing kid for years to come! And last but not least the delivery time was just 2 days even though it said it would take from 3 to 5 weeks to ship. I ordered it Monday and received it Wednesday morning. It was a winwin all around!
