This bed is exactly what we needed for our Adirondack loft! Instead of visiting furniture store after furniture store, I was able to quickly find the look that we wanted and the bed arrived to our somewhat rural home site within a week. Everything was included in the box, including succinct directions that were easy to follow. No one has slept in it yet, but it seems to be super sturdy and I do not anticipate any issues. I have been into some furniture stores recently and everything that I have chosen takes weeks and weeks to actually get delivered, with the blame going to the pandemic. The time saved with this purchase, delivery, and set up is priceless!
I ordered two for my daughters and both were received in perfect condition. My husband built them on his own so it didn't seem like it was to difficult also we put a 12 inch mattress on them and everything turned out great and were very pleased with the end result.
The bed is very strong and solid. No squeaks or anything. I love how it looks too. I put it together by myself. I recommend you do it with someone tho. It was hard alone but I did it. I love it.

We texted back and forth and she had the owner give me a call so we could figure out the best way to resolve the issue. Gary was very kind as well. He wanted to make the problem right.
