Works wonderfully as long as it is operated on smooth, level ground. Even though battery shows 50 remaining, the scooter falters. Quite frankly we are terrified when the last green light goes off. Absolutely does NOT get the milage advertised. We get about 3 reliable miles from a full charge just 3 months after purchase. With all that said, it was cheap and worth the price as long as you dont need it for a day of shopping and sightseeing.
This scooter is excellent. My son put it together without too much difficulty. This has a variety of speeds and makes tight turns easily. Im very pleased with this scooter as it makes getting around within the building a breeze. I will be taking the unit outside when the weather is fair. I do wish it came with a backup mirror since it is hard to see directly behind for reverse gear especially leaving a small elevator. Charging up the battery is also very easy.
The scooter lets me get to more of my grandsons games without relying on others. The way it comes apart so easily makes it able for me to load with my bad back.
My wife and I bought this for my father/in/law who has recently had to give up driving, but is still keen to retain a measure of mobility. He is highly delighted with it, and so are we. Pleased to be able to recommend it without reservation.
This scooter has given me back something I thought was gone forevermobility. Over the last few years, walking medium to long distances has become too difficult. My husband takes this apart in about 2 minutes and lifts in back of his pickup or the car trunk and away we go. It takes him about 2 minutes to have it together again. It has become useful in the yard as well. So happy I got the 4 wheel instead of three. It doesnt tip and turns sharp corners. I love that it has arms, a firm back and swivel seat. We park it in the garage between our 2 vehicles where there is a plug for charging. We have booked an upcoming short cruise for a trial run. While not a negative for me at this time, it does ride rough over rough terrain and certain surfaces. I have had the scooter several months and have taken it out on a pier and to various outdoor festivals. I waited to write this review until I could write from experience.

I also bought the rear basket, but havent installed it yet. It is very easy to reassemble and go, Takes about 3 minutes, Also easy to take abart and put in trunk.
