I was looking for specific features, this tent has them all, very happy with the purchase. I wanted a window to each side, this tent has windows to 3 sides and the back has a full side mesh for ventillation. The dome setup is very easy and it can be easily managed by one person, even with arching the poles, still totally doable by one person. I really love the covered foyer, where I keep my bags and sports equipment, can even put a chair there and read a book when its too many bugs out. It really has all the features I wanted. Lightweight, yet enough protection from the sun and rain. Also tall enough for me to stand up in it to change. Very versatile, yet wont break the bank or not too heavy or difficult to set up. Id recommend this.
My husband and I absolutely live this tent! We got it for just the two of us and the size is super nice and convenient! It would definitely be easy to fit a 3rd person in, but we like to use air mattresses when camping! The screen room is great to have as another barrier to bugs or space to keep extra camping gear! It also is a place to leave shoes that isnt outside of your tent! I would highly recommend this tent as my husband and I did a lot of research and searching before purchasing this one!
After I passed alone my last tent /screened porch that was a good 20 years old .I wanted to down size to a newer, easier to put up by myself .I put on a cousin camp and we all tent alone the Yellowstone .Our 2 ond night we have a big storm over a inch of rain and some good wind gust .She keep me dry inside and I didnt have a chance put rain sealant on it .I was impressed. Its my Best Christmas Present ever
The first time using this tent, it went through two thunderstorms with no problems. We could feel water actually running under the tent, so much that it bubbled the floor, but nothing got inside. We had a tarp under part of it, but our tarp wasnt big enough for this new tent, and even in the parts the tarp didnt cover we didnt have any water get in. The screen porch did get a bit muddy in the first storm, and we hadnt thought to bring a broom or anything so it was a little difficult to clean. For the second storm, we rolled the floor of the screened part under its overhang so it wouldnt get as wet or muddy. The tent itself is spacious enough that four adults easily fit inside and could play board games while hiding from the rain. Even with a queen size air mattress, plenty of room to move around. But really, I was very impressed with the ability to weather two severe storms!
So she wanted the 8 person tent, I said no I want the 6, so we got the 8.
This thing is huge. Its 12x15! So the dimensions are a tad misleading because 20% of it is the screen room. Its a regular dome tent without it. Its tall too, Im 62 and I can stand in the center of the tent. The slant of the screen room absolutely will let rain in, but theres a six inch lip separating the tent and the screen room and theres a drain screen in the screen room floor. Staying dry shouldnt be an issue.
Without the rain flap the entire back wall is an exposed screen, I wonder whos watching us sleep..? So with the flap on you 100% need every window open, also theres tension cords on the back to lift the flap off the back wall screen. You will need airflow, it will get hot without it.
If youre going somewhere without trees dont plan on putting a canopy over this tent for extra shade, it wont be tall enough, probably. Overall its nice, just reaaaaaaal big.

Good deal
Lightweight and easy to put up with 2 people. We sprayed it down with weather proofing anyways.

Good tent but arrived damaged
Would absolutely love this tent if it didnt have a large hole in the screened in area.
