The setup and take down was really easy, but I do wish the porch cover would extend out over it. When it rained the whole screened in area got wet and retained the water. Also it would be nice to have the door to the tent open up completely rather than just having one side open which is a little small.
Unfortunately we have to give this tent a low rating. It is very spacious, and set-up is quite easy, however the quality of the material is very low. As you can see in the picture, the tent ripped in multiple locations after only the second use. This is where the main poles enter the tent on the top support. We were extremely careful during each use, with myelf crawling out to the center of the tent on my hands and knees and guiding the poles through. Even with such care, the material has shredded. If coated the inside of this part of the tent with something more durable, like plastic, this wouldnt be an issue. I now have to try to figure out a way to fix this quality issue myself before our next trip.
This a great tent with good airflow. Theres 3 of us, fits the cots our family stuff well. We could add do more adults, easy. Now for rain...we did seal most of the seams and was fine for light rain the first time we used it. Worked fine second time, no rain. For major rain, the floor was dry, the green walls on the bottom seaped if you touched it, but stayed drythat night, and we went home after one night bc the weather was getting worse. I think its a great tent. The open part in the front is a nightmare to keep dry. I just bought a car attachment that should work to keep it dry and not pool the water in weird places the way the 10x10 did. Im going to reseal all of it after we clean it and dry it. Ill let you know after a few months bc we wont use it until the spring. We put a tarp under it. In all, Ive had it a year and this our go to family tent. But u must seal it!!!
So we have had a LOT of tents over the years as we live out of a tent most of the year. This is a very sturdy tent. Was pretty easy to set up. Perfect size for us and our 2 fur babies! We fit our twin bed, medium size dog bed, small dresser and a couple suitcases and STILL have room! The screened in porch is perfect for our kitty who loves to watch the birds! Pretty water proof, screened porch did get one spot that had a puddle. Very happy with the price and tent!
8 person? Hmmm... Maybe not. I would be uncomfortable cramming 8 people in this tent. It is big, but 4 would be more reasonable, especially if you add backpacks into the mix. It is fairly easy to assemble. Im looking forward to putting it to use.

Great quality for the price
LOVE this tent!!! It is easy to set up and great for camping with the dog!
Convenient

Great tent, poor material quality.

Its like a hotel in the woods!
LOTS of room! Great ventilation and handy porch. This is glamping.

Ugh
Hard as hell to put up. Stakes were weak and broke easily. Then put the rain cover on, that was crazy. Just put a flap on that side.
Hard to set up
Large yes, but difficult to set up and take down. Not the easiest tent we set up. Cant stand and walk around.. only in the center
Nice temp shelter
