The one drawback, after a second opinion as well, is a clicking noise if it is turned off normally. Shut off the water slow and there is not any noise. Both mentioned they have seen this on several occasions with similar products having to do with the valve provided. We elected to proceed based on time constraints. Otherwise, a 5 star.
I did not know what to expect until I received it. The packaging of this product was aming. Each item was individually wrapped to protect it. They even provided white gloves to handle it. The instructions couldnt have been any more clear on how to install it. I was very impressed on how they went out of their way to make this an easy installation. Every item used was explained in detail. Quality of the product itself was impressive. Very very happy with the look and the outcome. Worth every penny!
Water pressure is perfect! Its like a waterfall and so simple to clean. if you have hard water, wipe down so residue doesnt start to build up, of course thats on any purchase. After renovating my bathroom this was a sleek look added on. They work great.
Im using it in my shower renovation. The set looks heavy and quality but Im concerned about the rust and leakage in the long term, so I will see how it performs in the coming year.

Worth the price, very luxurious, the shower head omg Its huge and feels like rain water I love that theres the option to use both the hose and shower head at the same time Very impressed with it and definitely recommend
I like rain shower combos so much I have purchased three of them (2/16 and 1/12). They are beautiful and add a great finishing touch to the renovated bathroom. It is really solid and very well/machined.

how to get hot water
can not get hit water! Not sure if there is an internal adjustment. But only cool water comes out
