Faulty valve that caused us to spend 1500 Stay away from
We had the most awful experience with this shower system. The cartridge in the new valve was faulty and it sounded like pipes were banging in the walls. Before we figured out the valve was the problem, and following the recommendations of 2 professional plumbers, we installed hammer arrestors (but no change), then a pressure regulator valve (still no change) which already cost us about 700. Unnecessary expenses, but good to have in the house. Then we opened the walls and finally figured the noise was coming from the new valve. We contacted early (through their website), no response. Replacing the valve (from behind / the other side of the wall to avoid wrecking the new shower tile), drywall repair and painting cost us an additional 800. We complained to and this time, answered, asking for pictures, videos etc. I had documented everything very well and stayed patient and respectful all the time, and after about 10 emails with , all they do is refunding the fg shower system. No compensation whatsoever. didnt do anything either I cancelled my Prime membership. Most awful purchase ever.

I had someone professional install this so dont know if it was easy or not but he didnt say it was difficult. Great pressure in the shower head and looks aming!
It worked out great, the waterfall overhead has a huge 12x12 surface area. After staying in a nice hotel that had a rainfall shower, I knew I had to purchase one once our bathroom renovation was underway. The handheld wand works as it should, providing a nice clean shower when I am not washing my hair.
This is a fantastic product. I just installed my new custom shower and it is awesome. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. Excellent pressure from both the overhead and the handheld. Good quality and very smooth operation. The packaging of this product was aming. Each item was individually wrapped to protect it. Very impressed with it and definitely recommend it.
We have not installed yet, but it was packaged VERY well! Color is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The product appears to very well made. Were doing a remodel on our home im super excited to try it out!
I was hesitant to buy this. I have never heard of the brand. I was pleasantly surpd. I absolutely looove this. Great quality, the shower pressure its just right, the handheld works perfect! It looks very expensive, not cheaply made.

The brushed nickel finish matched well with the other fixtures in our newly renovated bathroom. The rain shower is great. (Dont buy this expecting to save money on your water bill!) I was worried that it might be too weak no such issue. Excellent pressure from both the overhead and the handheld.
I cant speak to the ease of installation since we had it professionally installed. We initially had a problem with the water not getting hot enough. Turns out there is a temperature control regulator just under the valve handle. Its set low at the factory (probably to avoid lawsuits over scalding). Our plumber came back and was able to complete the adjustment in about 5 minutes.

Affordable Modern
