I did a ton of research on shower heads and decided on this one. Its aming! My husband never comments on anything and I think he is in love with this product! We got the 12 and Im glad we did. It feels aming!
Im loving the rainfall shower head and wand. The product is the exact look we were going for. This gives our bathroom a high end look but at a price point we were able to afford. Weve just installed it this week and are very happy with the water flow and pressure of the shower head and wand.
Quality piece. Looks really nice. Sturdy and well made. Had it professionally installed, but I changed the upper temperature limit myself and it wasnt too difficult.
Shower is beautiful and water flow is excellent. My plumber balked about installing a product from China (that wasnt a well/known brand), but he was impressed with the packaging and product quality, and likened it to a high end Moen or similar brand. Im not a plumber, but it seems very solid and nothing is plastic. I had to contact customer service (nothing was wrong with the product; there was a lack of communication between plumber and guy who did the tile), and they were awesome about getting back to me. They responded within 6 or so hours after ever email. Very impressed.
?There is a manufacturing pressure issue with the valve. Every couple of seconds theres a release that can be heard with your ear against it and a clicking after. The clicking can be heard from all surrounding rooms and is very annoying. I wouldnt recommend this product. Any use of water in the house and there is a loud clank in the value. Just replaced it with a better brand and it is non existent now.
I have done many custom showers. I install delta, moen, kholer and many other brands when completing my showers. This is as good and better quality in workmanship than many of the name brand systems I have installed over the years! I am so impressed with the fit and finish of this item considering the price point. I am putting this item in my own home! Definitely a well made brand. Worth every penny in comparison with other brands.

This item worked for 2 weeks And started to leak I try registering for warranty but it wont let me!!

The rain shower head is huge! It feels like nice quality and comes nicely packaged with everything you need for installation
