Subpar quality. Mix of white and off white (poorly painted). Lots of fillers. Completely disappointed. Have to decide if I will return; however, the sizes will make any return difficult!
The bed set itself is good quality. The two stars is for the missing ladder rails that I have been waiting three weeks to get tracking information for the replacement rails.

They are now shipping a new unit to us as the replacement parts needed are out of stock. I increased the star rating to four stars because we are happy with the quality of the beds.
We just built two of these beds for our Twin boys that just turned 4. I was pleased to find that you CAN install the ladder to either side of the bed depending on how your room is laid out. We ended up using both options for the ladder and install was a breeze for both options. I am a pretty big guy, 6ft 225lbs and have been in the beds with both my boys, 36lbs each and the bed feels as solid as a rock. There is no swaying or loose joints or anything. Very happy with how sturdy they are. We ordered 9 memory foam mattresses as well that are each 35lbs, so combined weve had over 330lbs in each bed without any issues. The color is exactly what is depicted on the photos and the loft is big enough for the boys to play and read under the bed. We even built and added a wall book shelf (not included) under the beds for their books. Would rate these 10 stars if that option was available and we HIGHLY recommend them!
I was looking for a bunk bed for my 34 year old. One that was low enough that they wouldnt get hurt and I wouldnt have anxiety about it. Im very happy with this bunk bed. It everything I hoped it would be. Honestly, we literally couldnt be more satisfied.
This is really nice looking and actually made if real wood. The slats are unfinished pine and do not seem as strong as the rest of the frame. Fine for sleeping, if an 190 lb adult steps on it to get to the bed above it it seems like a slat could possibly break. If so Home depot or Lowes can cut a 1x2 board to replace a slat.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the look and quality of this trundle. A twin mattress fits perfectly .
Does not seem to have enough bed slats - the number included leaves the slats spaced far apart and it does not look sturdy at all. We ended up using all the slats for just one bed and making our own for the other bed. Anyway, now it looks great and were happy, but this bed shouldnt require building your own slats. Just increase the number of slats and this product would be great.
