The water resistance sucks in the screened in front. Rain came into it and puddles were all over. It was a major design flaw. If the rain guard was at least several inches bigger on the front it would of been good. Plus the inside was a lot smaller than I thought. A queen size air mattress only leaves a small amount of room to move around it. Also not tall enough to stand up in.
Tent is very spacious and the front screened area is a great feature. One person can set it up but definitely easier with 2.
Unfortunately one of the hooks that is attached to the tent which then attaches to the support pole started to pull away at the seams after the first time setting it up. Really wanted to like this tent as it checks a lot of boxes, but not convinced of its longevity.
I am very happy with this purchase. We have camped twice with this tent and it has rained several times with no rain leaking in. I like that the screen room has an attached floor which keeps the bugs out and allows you to leave the tent more open when its hot.
Great tent with lots of room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids... and a nice space in the front to get cleaned before going in the main tent or store inner tubes. Great bug barrier... not an 8 person tent by any means. But Great family tent... if you dont put on the rain gauss anyone can stare right in the back screen with no cover flap. I do love the tent and definitely worth the price
Best single family tent Ive ever used. Easy set up large enough for at least 4 cots or 2 queen mattresses. My dog also loved sleeping in the screen room. Very easy set up as well.
First off, good solid tent. I love the screened in porch. Its not super easy to set up, but believe me, its possible with just 1 person. Not a lot of head room for standing up, but the lower, dome shape will be good for high windy days. Only big complaint I have, is no electrical port, for running a cord. Honestly , you could have put one in, geezzzzz.
Buy is you want to DIY you tent together with tape in the middle of the night
I saw so many videos on this tent recommending it. It is top rated all over the internet. Obviously those people never used the tent On night 2 setting the tent up I began to notice something was wrong. The seams at the top of the tent, the part that holds the tent pole in . the tent pole area that supports the whole tents yeah that part was ripping apart. Its dark and Im outside with my partner holding the flash light as I tape the tent together. Then I notice the tent pole that holds up the netted area well its cracked. Had to tape that together too. I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt boughten heavy duty tape. In the morning I noticed the toppers stabilizing straps were fraying too. Tent didnt even make it 48 hours without rain, in calm weather, I couldnt imagine what wouldve happened if a stiff breeze was in the equation.

Falling apart after first use.

Stays dry when it rains.
