As you can see in attached photo; same tent at 3 different campsites all in a row. Plus more sprinkled throughout the campground. Super easy to put up take down . One hint insert rain fly pole before putting it on top of tent. Just much easier. It rained off on for 2 days but inside stayed dry. Only negative would be I wish the canvas bag for tent was larger but then again that applies to every single tent Ive ever owned before. Happy Camping
We have the 4 person version and wanted a parents tent away from the teens. I love the screen porch, perfect for those with dogs. We always put the food in their and the birds and squirrels dont eat it. Also great for taking off and putting on your shoes. I would give 5 stars but my husband wanted me to return, he said he was freezing all night. I think he just didnt tie the rain flap correctly.
This tent holds up great! Water resistant, weather proof, and easy set up. Big enough for our family, we have a queen size pad for us a pack n play for our daughter. The porch area is great too, can fit 2 chairs easily or if you just want to lay down and look up at stars without getting eaten by bugs.
This tent is pretty unsatisfactory in nearly every regard.
The material it is made out of is extremely thin and punctures / tears very easily. Simply sitting in a chair on the porch area of the tent is nearly enough to put a hole in the tent. And this is a chair with rubber feet, so it wasnt metal contacting the material.
The support poles are flimsy and sound like they are about to break just applying enough pressure to connect them when setting up the tent. The locking mechanism for attaching the poles is an extremely poor design. All it is, is a little piece of metal that sticks up in the end of the pole. A huge pita when setting up because one end keeps slipping off as there is no actual locking or secure attaching mechanism.
The included stakes are nearly useless. They easily turn in the ground and allow whatever is hooked around them to slip off. Had one pull out of the ground completely in 5 mph winds. They are not thick enough, nor long enough to properly stake the tent.
Overall, this is a get what you pay for scenario. Its a cheap costing tent, and its a low quality tent. Really I feel like the $120 I paid for this is to much though for the quality. Quality wise it feels more like a $60 dollar tent. I wouldnt expect this tent to last more than 2 or 3 camping trips before its ruined.
I set the tent up by myself to test it out to make sure I could set it up by myself before the little kids and I go camping in a few weeks. I was able to do it on my own without help in about 30 mins. I did however noticed a few seams were coming undone so I sent in a replacement order and it should be here tomorrow. I will set up to check it out this weekend to make sure there are no flaws. I do not have time during the week.
Setup is easy, able to do it myself in about 20 minutes. I spent 2 weeks in this tent, it survived 30mph gusts, 4 nights of very bad rain and not a single leak anywhere. (Placed 9x9 tarp under tent) I am 56 and am able to stand up at its highest point. The porch wall off idea is very nice because I was able to keep the main area clean and without trafficking too much dirt by taking my shoes off before entering. The porch area is very large and at first I didnt think Id use it a lot but it ended up being something I will now look for in every new tent I purchase in the future.
Great tent! We bought this so wed have plenty of room for us and our dog. Its extremely easy to set up and with the two of us took about ten minutes. We even did it in the living room to test before taking it to the site! Just as simple to take down and pack away. Lightweight to carry and easy to store. It didnt rain on us, so time will tell with how it does in bad weather, but we are very happy from our first use.
Great tent with a lot of open window space to see nature while inside. Its super easy to set up (though it took me a few minutes to figure out the rainfly pole -lol) and had a ton of room. I especially love the covered mud room area. Cant wait to spend more time in it.

Putting up the tent
The tent went up fast.
