The product arrived on time and assembles easily once you figure out how to do it correctly. The tricky part was the lever that allows freewheeling. It is located on the lower right side of the rear wheels. In addition, there is a knob that must be pulled out and twisted on the lower front of the scooter that allows the front wheels to turn. This was not mentioned in the instruction book; I found out this trick in the answers to one of the questions. Many thanks to the person who documented it!
My husband loves it.
My husband is really enjoying the scooter. It is a very well made scooter fir the price and is allowing us to go and enjoy more fun things together. Very satisfied customer here.
All it said it would be. However, the seat is too low for people 58 and above, so I had to have it modified by adding additional holes in the seat post. Also, the foot rest area is too small, so I added a slanted foot rest over the front fender so I could stretch out my very bad knees. It is very responsive, it holds a charge a long time, and is very maneuverable. The worst thing is the instructions do not tell you to release the front axle. There is a knob to do this, but the instructions say nothing about it. Do not expect to use this machine outside on gravel or semi/soft ground // it does not function well in those environments. It is excellent on hard surfaces outside and everything inside. I am happy with it with my modifications. It is very sturdy and it comes apart enough for me to lift the parts in and out of my van.
Purchased in January. My aunt uses it one day a week to go to her volunteer employment. Under 6 months and either the battery, or the provided charger, has ceased to work. Charger just flashes red and green and then goes completely off. If there was a contact seller, on here, I wouldnt hafta leave a review. She enjoys the freedom, but the battery, or charger, are already giving up.
This scooter has the turning radius of a double wide on top of a semi truck trailer. It takes 16 points to turn around in my kitchen!
It seems to ride smoothly although it squeaks like cry and the speed is pretty good.
But I am very worried about maneuvering around my house. I am going to have to put some of my furniture in the garage before I start using it. Surgery next week!!
And in public? How many times will I have to back up to turn at the end of a grocery store aisle?
I am not thrilled.
I love my vehicle. I have no trouble getting around either inside or outside. My husband put it together with no problems. I do not have to use it all the time, but have heart and lung issues and need it to avoid long walking or standing.
This is a great item for people who need to get around. We bought it for my brother who is currently disabled due to foot surgery. He can go practical anywhere.
I purchased this scooter in Jan 2016 for my husband. He used it around the house. He had dementia so I figured he would have problems remembering how to use the levers. They were easy for him and he really like the mobility.
He passed away in Aug 2017 and I have been planning to use the scooter. I have been keeping the battery charger like the pamphlet said. I am so pleased that the battery seems as good as the day we got it. My best friend and I are taking the trip we had planned with my husband. She also purchased the same scooter. Now the race is on. Cant wait to get on the road.
Remember dont put off your plans, you never know what may happen. Enjoy your life everyday.
The tires are TERRIBLE.
You have a choice: go real real slow and not feel many bumps as bad.
Go faster and feel every crack in the sidewalk.
If it wasnt for the tires, id give it a 5 star.
I just got mine.
Ive only had it for 2 days.
Charged fine.

I Iove this mobility scooter! Came partially charged and my grandson assembled it for me Then began playing on it!! I thought I bought it for me but his been testing it (as he calls it) for days. I especially like the speed control knob which allows me to adjust the speed of the scooter This thing goes FAST by my standard of speed when you turn it on high. Vie ridden it to my local Kroger and was happy I could make it faster for the commute and slower for shopping.
The only bad is the turning radius is odd, no sharp turns possible which is easy to work past in my case. I also like how the seat rotates all the way around and is nice for getting the steering part and front out of the way when I sit and talk to friends and family.
Highly recommend this scooter and many many thanks for giving me the gift of mobility.
P.s thanks for the KEY!!! Its the only way I keep my grandson from playing on it LOL
